Heyuan Tax Service, State Taxation Administration adheres to a problem-oriented approach and innovatively builds the "Heyuan Tax Treasure" big data analysis platform.Externally, Heyuan Tax Service establishes an information sharing mechanism combined multiple functional departments to exchange tax and fee-related information regularly.Internally, Heyuan Tax Service establishes a big data analysis platform named "Heyuan Tax Treasure"which use technologies such as TRS text retrieval and user preference algorithm, providing data support for market entities to learn, use and enjoy the tax and fee preferences.

By the end of 2022, Heyuan Tax Service Operation Center has consolidated 33 high-frequency businesses in seven categories and handled thousands of transactions on average per day which accounts for 85.10% of the total back-office approval business volume in Heyuan. The non-contact channel diversion rate for tax-related business in the city has increased by 15%. The human resource of the e-tax bureau for back-office approval business has been saved by 43%, while the average acceptance time and average processing time has been reduced by more than 90%.The number of telephone operators for public consultation has decreased by 48%, and the hotline completing rate has increased by 20%.In 2022, Heyuan Tax Service, State Taxation Administration provided full life-cycle services for nearly 20,000 market entities in eight industries in the city, sent a total of 150,000 "personalized" messages related to the tax and fee preferential policy, and sorted out 658 tax and fee preferential items,benefiting 120,000 market entities and 3 million taxpayers and fee payers.
