In order to carry forward the new trend of social civilization, deepen the construction of industry norms, and improve the standard level of tax services, on August 5th, 2022, Heyuan Tax Service, State Taxation Administration and Yuancheng District Office, Heyuan Tax Service, State Taxation Administration conducted educational practice of tax service norms and regulations in "Optimizing tax services to improve the quality and efficiency of tax handling".Some taxpayers were invited to the taxpayer service hall to be ”the tax service experience engineers”.

In the activity, the staff at the window of the taxpayer service hall of Yuancheng District Office, Heyuan Tax Services first illustrated the industry norms and codes to the "tax service experience engineers", and invited them to experience the tax handling process at the entity service halls and electronic tax bureau as taxpayers. According to the standard requirements, the tax staff offered the experience engineers the standard service with warmth, thoughtfulness, politeness, generosity, kindness, having morality and equality. Experience engineers gave comments on the service process and tax service standards and put forward suggestions to help improve the quality and efficiency of tax and fee services.
