Recently, the Heyuan Tax Service, State Taxation Administration participated in the city-wide foreign trade and economic training conference organized by the Commerce Bureau of Heyuan Municipality. Collaborating with commerce, customs, and other departments, they established a government-enterprise exchange platform to help businesses mitigate cross-border transaction risks. At the same time, they took proactive measures to promote the "Five Foreign Linkages" initiative, facilitating the "introduction" and "retention" of foreign investment, further advancing the Belt and Road Initiative, and better serving foreign trade enterprises in Heyuan.

It is reported that the event invited the top 50 foreign trade enterprises in the city to participate. Focusing on the needs of foreign trade enterprises for understanding the latest policy changes and interpretation of preferential policies, the tax and customs departments provided detailed explanations on key topics, including the deferred tax policy for reinvestment of profits by foreign investors, common errors in related-party reporting, standardized operational management of processing trade and export tax rebates, as well as an introduction to the relevant knowledge and products of the "Tax Road Connect · Guangdong Links the World" .

"This training was highly rewarding, especially the deferred tax policy, which gave us new insights into our company's future development and strengthened our confidence in investing in China! The detailed guidance on export customs declaration and document filing also helped us avoid many potential risks," said a financial officer from Lianping Jiefeng Toy Products Co., Ltd., who participated in the event.
