The Tax & Currency Communication System is a special electronic service platform set up by Guangdong Provincial Electronic Taxation Bureau to integrate transactions of tax, payment and finance. Its core functions cover management of cross-border transaction , the tax filing of outbound payment for trade in services and other items，calculation of tax payable, declaration in all tax categories with reported data, along with their process follow-up and document delivery. 

Incorporating data from the business entities, tax authorities, foreign exchange administration departments and banks on the platform, the system enables the taxpayers to shorten their transaction time by six hours on average, because all they need to do is to log in, submit record forms and cross-border contracts in the submission module of “the tax filing of outbound payment for trade in services and other items”. Their data would be automatically delivered to relevant ports and the registration and recording of contracts would be finished. With this smart platform, there is no need to visit the tax office even once.

Of course, the system actually has more functions than mentioned, such as smartly judge and estimate the tax-related matters and do the tax calculations. The use of it will be an enjoyable experience.
